Microsoft technology that earns its place in your business.
We implement Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot and Azure — then stay accountable for them. Scoped in phases, priced before we build, and handed over to a team that knows how to run it.
No pitch deck on the first call. An architect, your problem, and a straight answer.
- ✓An ERP or CRM project that has stalled and needs an honest second opinion
- ✓Finance closing the month in spreadsheets outside the system of record
- ✓Copilot licences bought, but no measurable change to anyone's working day
- ✓An Azure bill growing faster than the workload that sits on it
- Dynamics 365
- Power Platform
- Microsoft Azure
- Microsoft 365
- Copilot
- Microsoft Fabric
Five services. One focus - Microsoft Business Applications
We implement and re-implement Dynamics 365 for organisations that have outgrown spreadsheets or inherited a system nobody trusts.

We implement and re-implement Dynamics 365 for organisations that have outgrown spreadsheets or inherited a system nobody trusts. Scoped in phases, delivered against a fixed plan, and handed over with your team trained on it.
ExploreMicrosoft Copilot & applied AI
We help organisations move past the pilot stage: identifying the handful of workflows where Copilot and Azure OpenAI genuinely save hours, preparing the data and permissions behind them, and measuring the result.
ExplorePower Platform
Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI, built by people who treat low-code as real software — with source control, environments, and a governance model that stops a hundred orphaned apps appearing.
ExploreAzure cloud & modernisation
Landing zones, migrations and application modernisation on Microsoft Azure, with cost management treated as a first-class requirement rather than an afterthought discovered on the third invoice.
ExploreManaged services & support
Ongoing support, monitoring, release management and continuous improvement across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure and Microsoft 365 — with response times in writing.
ExploreTechnology assessment
Most engagements start with an assessment. Two to three weeks, fixed price, and you keep the findings regardless of what you decide next.
ExploreDelivered alongside the Microsoft practice, or on their own where that is what the problem needs.
Custom software engineering
Web and mobile applications for the problems no product off the shelf solves.
Explore →Most ERP projects don't fail
on technology.
They fail on scope that was never agreed, data that was never cleaned, and users who saw the system for the first time at go-live. We run projects to remove those three failure modes.
How we workSenior people on the work
The consultant in your discovery workshop is the one who configures the system. We do not win work with architects and deliver it with trainees.
Scope you can hold us to
Fixed-price discovery, a written solution design, and a change process that puts a number against every request before it is accepted.
Handover is part of delivery
Documentation, role-based training and an internal owner identified before go-live — so the system does not depend on us to keep running.
We say no
If a spreadsheet, a Power App or an off-the-shelf product solves your problem for a tenth of the cost, that is the recommendation you will get.
Five stages, and you can stop after any of them.
Every stage produces something you own — a document, a working environment, a trained team. Nothing depends on you committing to the whole programme up front.
Consultation
A 45-minute call with an architect. We ask what is failing, who it affects and what you have already tried, and tell you plainly whether we are the right people for it.
Discovery and fit-gap
Fixed-price. We map the current process, review the existing systems and data, and produce a solution design with an itemised estimate. You own the document whether or not you continue.
Iterative delivery
Two-week sprints against a visible backlog. You see working configuration at the end of each one, so scope questions surface in week six rather than week twenty.
Data, testing and training
Reconciled data migration with sign-off, user acceptance testing run by your people, and role-based training delivered on the configured system rather than a generic course.
Hypercare and managed service
Intensive support through the first close or first peak, then a standing service with written response times and a monthly improvement allocation.
Commitments, not adjectives.
Any firm can call itself customer-centric. These are the specific things that appear in our contracts.
Fixed price
Discovery phaseYou know the cost of finding out before you commit to building.
Day one
Code and data ownershipRepositories, tenants and environments are yours from the start.
1 hour
P1 response targetWritten into the managed service SLA, with escalation named.
Monthly
Service reportingTickets, SLA attainment, system health and spend — no surprises.
Sector knowledge,
not sector slogans.
We keep the list short and name the operational problem we solve in each one.
All industriesManufacturing
Production planning that lives in spreadsheets while inventory, costing and quality data sit in three different systems.
Retail & e-commerce
Stock counts that disagree between the store, the warehouse and the website, and promotions nobody can tie back to a result.
Financial services
Regulatory reporting assembled by hand each period, and an audit trail that depends on email.
Healthcare & life sciences
Sensitive data spread across departments with inconsistent access control and manual referral processes.
Professional services
Utilisation, project margin and resourcing tracked in a spreadsheet that only one person can maintain.
Logistics & distribution
Order status questions answered by phoning the depot, and route costs known only after the month closes.
Education
Student, finance and facilities data held in separate systems that never reconcile.
Technology & ISVs
A product roadmap competing with the internal systems the business also needs someone to build.
Before you get in touch
- No obligation on the first call
- Findings are yours to keep
- We will tell you if we are the wrong fit
Microsoft is our deepest capability and where most of our work sits. We also build custom web and mobile software, run data platforms and handle digital growth work — usually around a Microsoft core, occasionally independent of it.
Our smallest engagements are a single Power App or a Business Central rollout for a company of thirty people. Our largest are multi-entity Dynamics 365 programmes. If the problem is clear, the size matters less than whether there is an internal owner for it.
Yes. We deliver remotely across India, the Gulf and the UK, with overlapping working hours agreed up front and on-site attendance for key workshops and go-live where it matters.
Discovery is fixed price and scoped to the size of the estate. Delivery is quoted against the solution design that discovery produces — we will not put a number on a build we have not scoped, and you should be cautious of anyone who does.
Let's start with what is actually broken.
A 45-minute call with an architect, not a salesperson. Bring your current process, your systems and your constraints — you will leave with a written view of the options, whether or not you work with us.
